Every year before the leaves glow orange and cherry hues, Chicago Magazine rounds up their favorite trends and pieces in their fall fashion issue. This autumn, Mark Shale received two mentions.

Pictured to the left, Beryll's lamb skin jacket is shown with a fur vest, in a glam-goth ensemble. Though this look is fit for drinks at a hot speakeasy, or a night at the neighborhood pool hall (you choose), we recommend offsetting its edge with a billowy dress or a hoodie and jeans, for an everyday look. Either way, the light leather jacket is a layering necessity for fall and for spring.

Pictured below, on the far right, Chan Luu's blue agate necklace adds personality to any solid tee, sweater, or dress. Wear it long or wrapped around twice, the charms have an earthy eccentricity that we love.
